Keeping Active During Lockdown

To provide some help to in the current situation in Sydney, we JUST added this event for TONIGHT, Wednesday at 8pm, Keeping Active During Lockdown.
We thought it would be useful to provide some tips and tricks to staying active during this period. During this event we will aim to cover several strategies to help you stay safe and remain well in body and mind.
We plan to discuss:
- National Activity Guidelines for Physical Activity (you might be surprised!)
- Why routine is important, even in lockdown (and strategies to get started)
- How to set up your home for virtual exercise
- Outdoor activities to support body and mind
- Strategies to manage stress and anxiety
