Fighting Fatigue: A Holistic Approach

It is unfortunately common to experience fatigue when you have an autoimmune or rheumatic condition. It is more than just feeling tired, and often the medications you are prescribed donβt necessarily help. In our upcoming live online event, our panel consisting of Rheumatologist Dr Ilana Ginges, Dietitian Monica Kubizniac and Exercise Physiologist Sarah Comensoli will discuss how they aim to help their clients manage fatigue, using a holistic approach which encompasses a range of different strategies.
