It is no longer disputed that what we eat impacts our bodies in a significant way and that a healthy gut is critical to our overall health and well being. The microbiome is an epic ecosystem of millions of microorganisms living in your digestive tract, and keeping it happy can go a long way in supporting your energy levels and wellness. Learning how the microbiome works, and understanding what foods help to keep it nourished will be the emphasis of this online event.
