    Using insights from the 6 Stages of Behaviour Change and Self Determination Theory, Adrian will explain the roles of motivation, identity, emotional triggers and your environment.     Drawing on research into micro habits and the power of incremental change, discover why starting small is one of the strongest predictors of long term success. Adrian will show how early wins build self efficacy and help you maintain momentum with sleep, food and exercise routines.

    Using principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and self compassion research, Adrian will help you understand why habits can slip during stress, fatigue, poor sleep or flare ups. Learn practical strategies for easing back into routines without criticism or guilt.

    Explore flexible, evidence informed approaches for adjusting habits to match symptom patterns and day to day energy levels. You will learn simple techniques such as energy budgeting, pacing and creating “minimum versions” of habits to stay consistent even on harder days.
  • Tools to help habits become automatic
    Adrian will introduce proven behaviour strategies including implementation intentions, habit cueing, environmental design and simple tracking methods. These practical tools can help make your routines more structured, more predictable and easier to maintain.
