We all spend much of our day in different footwear and with so many options to choose from when it comes to shoes, it can be hard to know what to look for or where to start. We’re excited to host this event which will be focused on getting the most out of your feet and what you put on them!

During our live online event Podiatrists Jessica and Janelle will aim to cover:

• Basic Anatomy of the foot and ankle
• The impact rheumatic conditions can have on feet
• Some simple ways to look at choosing the best footwear
• How to know if you might need to see a Podiatrist
• How to best balance safety, support and comfort when it comes to footwear
